The philosophy and approach John has applied with great success in California is now available to you in weekly classes designed to address and explore the mechanics of the back, neck, and shoulders.
More specifically the problems that can affect these areas and how his considered approach can alleviate pain, improve range of movement and increase your sense of wellbeing.

Location
The Brighton Recreational Centre is located at 93 Outer Crescent, Brighton 3186. Street parking is available on
Outer Crescent - be sure to check signs for hourly limits. The floor is carpeted so there's cushioning for your knees and joints and there's changing rooms with bathrooms for both men and women. Props and mats are supplied but we encourage you to bring your own mat.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop to read our waiver. Wear something comfortable that allows for a deep stretch. Classes are designed for all ages and levels.

About
You're in good hands — John is trained in Therapeutic Yoga from Loyola Marymount University, and the Stress Center of Marin where he also served as Teaching faculty.
He completed training as iRest meditation teachers from Dr Richard Miller. iRest is a research-based practice of deep meditation and self inquiry for trauma, anxiety, PTSD, relaxation, resiliency and general well-being.
John has 20 years experience in Martial Arts and holds a black belt in karate and 10 years of teaching group Yoga classes.
