If you don't feel like you have 50 minutes, no worries — just do as much as you can.
The practice is all about less stress and more energy.
Our invitation to you is to notice how you feel before and after you practice.
You may not feel anything at first… or you may feel a relaxed sense of energy flowing through your body.
There is no right way to do the practice. There is only the way that works for you, your body, and your energy.
Some people feel a deep inner peace, others feel fired-up up for their day.
